    Everything was nice, even so a few employees were not very friendly. The room was a nice size with views, had real good experience. The service was excellent, that made the hotel original and modern place.

    Cozy boutique with nice facilities. Attentive staff, open business center to accommodate printing, scanning, and emailing needs. Perfectly located for exploring the city on foot, surrounded by good restaurants and cafes. Early check-in allowed. Staff went above and beyond to help a guest with a medical situation, providing comfort and understanding in a foreign country.

    The attention to detail in the design and comfort of the hotel was excellent. The staff were really good, provided a higher level of service than I have experienced in other cities. The location was perfect, nice for easy exploration of the area. The hotel itself was modern and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.

    I did encounter a few minor issues, such as a faulty wifi connection and outdated equipment in the room. There was also a slight inconvenience with the spa being closed during Easter, not mentioned beforehand.

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel right in the city center of Minsk. The location was superb, with many points of interest within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautifully decorated restaurant where a live guitar player entertained guests during breakfast on weekdays. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making me feel at home in this city where little English was spoken.

    It was all superb.
